Hey! Welcome to my page. My name is Ivanna Martinez and I graduated from Wake Forest University in May of 2017. I have a B.A. in Communication and minors in both Journalism and Computer Science. I grew up in Atlanta, GA but have my roots in the heart of Mexico. I am interested working in a company that fosters a start-up culture. I enjoy getting to learn a brand's voice, and help establish it through different digital and social platforms. What would I be doing on a four-day weekend? Probably traveling, taking endless photos and exploring a culture through the eyes of a local.

Interviewing Maye Musk for Coveteur

This was one of my first projects at Coveteur. Maye Musk was recently named a Covergirl, so this was a trending topic on our site. In order to pair the story on our website with social, I interviewed her for a quick Q&A round in order to bring the current conversation on social to our viewers. When the story came up, we added the story Q&A I did with a swipe up to the article. This earned us more viewership than just having a swipe up to the article. Being able to interview her was a learning highlight in my social media career and experience.

Coveteur Audience Stories

As the Social Media Editor at Coveteur I find ways to bind both editorial on our website with our followers on Instagram. We came up with a story for best mascaras according to our followers to show follower appreciation! We wanted to know what our viewers thought was best, rather than us just writing an article on best mascaras. This was a great way at engaging our audience. It was #3 on best overall story for engagement and viewership in March of 2018.

Tommy Hilfiger Facebook Live Event for FW'16 Fashion Show

I recorded Tommy's Facebook Live runway for FW'16. My job was to also record behind the scene looks backstage as well as interviews with the models. This then progressed to the Facebook live event. Comments that were said through Tommy's account were also answered by me as well as three other interns.

Influencer Partnership LATAM Project

As part of my International Marketing Internship, I was fortunate to have worked in an influencer partnership project with bloggers Fernanda Medina (260k Followers) and Pamela Allier (528k Followers). The purpose of the project was to promote Gigi Hadid's new line and fragrance to Latin American followers. They have been partnering with Tommy Hilfiger for every collection since then. My job was editing much of the social media posts on Tommy's Latin American Facebook, as well as editing and proof-reading the partnership's articles for GQ, Vogue and Grazia Mexico.

Promo Photoshoot and Live Snapchat Q&A with Gigi Hadid

This photo was shot by me for the Tommy social team. We were at Spring Studios for Gigi's newest collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger for FW'16, shooting her favorite looks from the collection. This was more of a promo shoot than editorial shoot, with behind the scenes footage on Tommy's Snapchat. (This was before Instastories existed!)

Agatha Ruiz De La Prada Fashion Week SS'17

This shot was taken by me for Vogue Mexico and Latin America. I had participated in helping ARDLP expose their line for the first time in the U.S. The designer is from Spain, making it an international debut. My job was to manage their Instastories during fashion week, from the moment Agatha arrived to NYC all the way to the show. It was a three day story takeover, up until the show. This was great at engaging not only the followers Agatha already had but new followers who saw the story trending on Instagram.
